Ladies and gentleman, step right up and get your piece of Cleveland Browns history. Sort of.
Johnny Manziel is apparently done with his time in Cleveland completely, as he’s decided to sell his home there, according to Cameron DaSilva of FOX Sports.
As DaSilva points out, the house sits on a golf course in Avon, Ohio, and honestly, it’s pretty awesome. Now, as you can see from the info on the real estate site, this house is 2,751 square feet with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It also has a game room, a pretty sweet patio overlooking the golf course and a whole lot more.
While this isn’t really what you’d probably expect Manziel to own, it’s a house that anyone shopping for a home in the Cleveland area may have an interest in. Mainly, because it’s less than $500k and it’s really impressive looking.
Am I considering moving to Avon, Ohio right now? I won’t say I’m not considering it.
