The Denver Broncos search for a quarterback continues. Now that the Colin Kaepernick trade talks have stalled the team is looking at adding Josh McCown via a trade with the Browns or signing him if he’s cut. Reigning Super Bowl MVP Von Miller has another quarterback in mind. He wants the team to go after free agent Johnny Manziel.
Miller and Manziel both played college at Texas A&M, and Travis L. Brown of MyAggieNation.com was able to get Miller’s thoughts about Manziel on Friday.

It was reported earlier in the week that Manziel was contacted by head coach Gary Kubiak. Shortly after the news broke it was obvious the two sides would not work out. Usually, the voice of the Super Bowl MVP would hold some weight on the team’s decisions but it looks like the Manziel to Denver connection is not going to happen.
