The Tennesee Titans currently have the rights to the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, but they are exploring options that even include trading the pick away. John Glennon of the Tennessean, released a statement that Titans general manager Jon Robinson said about talks involving his top overall pick:
I would say that with each day we inch closer to the draft, the discussions probably become a little bit more serious, if you will. That’s something we’re going back and forth with. Do we stay put with where we’re at, or do we really entertain the thought of moving?
I would say the interest has increased some. I wouldn’t say there are 31 teams calling, but there are certainly teams that have interest in moving up.
Glennon even appeared on NFL Network and made this comment to Ian Rapoport:
Jon Robinson on @nflnetwork: "If it's stick & pick at 1 if a trade doesn't work (fine). If we can move down & acquire picks, we'll do that"

There have been reports of multiple teams showing interest in trading up for the No. 1 overall pick including the San Fransisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, Philidelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Rams. We are just a few weeks away from the 2016 NFL Draft which begins on April 28th in Chicago.
