With quarterbacks Jarod Goff and Carson Wentz likely being off the board after the first two picks in the upcoming 2016 NFL Draft, we could see a rush for teams to go after the next quarterback in line. That quarterback is Paxton Lynch out of Memphis.
The two teams most interested in moving up in the draft to get Lynch are the Buffalo Bills and the New York Jets, according to Jason Cole of Bleacher Report. The Cleveland Browns are also interested, but would like to move down in the draft if they were to take Lynch.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport indicates that another team could be after Lynch,
Moving up to No. 1 proved too costly for the #Saints. If they feel strongly about Paxton Lynch, they are a team to watch late in the Top 10.

Lynch is 6’7″ and extremely athletic which makes him a coveted for NFL teams looking to groom a quarterback for their future. Lynch declared for the NFL Draft after his Junior season when he threw for 3,776 yards with 28 touchdowns and 4 interceptions while completing 66.8% of his passes.
