The Arizona Cardinals have brought back a former defensive leader in a completely different role. Former safety Adrian Wilson, who announced his retirement last April, has been hired by the team as a scout, via Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports.

Wilson totaled 893 tackles, 27 interceptions, 25.5 sacks and 14 forced fumbles over his 12-year career with the Cardinals. Now, he’ll be in charge of finding new talent for his former team.
