It seems that Percy Harvin has changed his mind and decided that he will not return to the football field this year despite multiple reports last week saying differently. It was even said that three teams were interested in adding Harvin to their roster.
According to Peter Schrager of FoxSports.com, Harvin is unlikely to play in 2016:
Though teams have inquired the last few weeks, sources tell me it's "unlikely" Percy Harvin will be playing football next season. @NFLonFOX

Harvin has always dealt with injuries off and on during his NFL career and most recently his hip and knee has been bothering him. Last season with the Buffalo Bills, Harvin only appeared in five games and finished with just 19 catches for 218 yards and one touchdown.
