It’s official, Marshawn Lynch is a retired man 0. .

While former Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch had announced that he was retiring, the paperwork hadn’t been submitted to the league. Up until Thursday, at least.

According to the team’s official Twitter, they have now placed Beast Mode on the reserve/retired list.

Lynch played 45 games over four years with the Buffalo Bills, while playing 82 games over six years with the Seahawks. Here’s how his career with both teams looks:

Bills: 687 attempts, 2,765 rushing yards, 17 rushing touchdowns, 94 receptions, 670 receiving yards, one receiving touchdown

Seahawks: 1,457 attempts, 6,347 rushing yards, 57 rushing touchdowns, 158 receptions, 1,309 receiving yards, eight receiving touchdowns

We hate to see him go, but it’s nice to see Lynch go out on his own terms.
