Nate Robinson is on a mission to become the first player to go from the NBA to the NFL. At first, it was considered a longshot, but now he actually has a shot. Master Tesfatsion and Mark Maske of The Washington Post reports that Robinson had a tryout with the Seattle Seahawks on Monday.

Robinson stands 5-foot-9, 180-pounds actually played football in college. In fact, he enrolled at the University of Washington to play football. The last time he set foot on the field was back in 2002 as a true freshman. Robinson played in 13 games for the Huskies, with six starts, and recorded 34 tackles with 2 interceptions.
Will the 14-year break for Robinson be too much for him to get back in football mode? Or could we finally see an athlete finally go from professional basketball to professional football?
