The Ryan Fitzpatrick resigning with the New York Jets saga still continues after becoming a free agent back on March 9th. There have been reports that Fitzpatrick and the Jets are way off when it comes to contract talks, but it still looks like the two will end up together in the end.
According to multiple reports, there is a three-year deal on the table for Fitzpatrick that includes quite a bit of guaranteed money. Mark Cannizzaro of the New York Post reports:

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport has reported that the three-year offer is for $24 million, which can eventually become $36 million with incentives. Apparently this deal has been on the table for Fitzpatrick since March.
There is now talks that Fitzpatrick could wait until training camp begins to get an even higher offer.
