The Cleveland Browns have joined the Tennessee Titans and are open to exploring trade options for the No. 2 overall pick in the 2016 Draft, according to NFL.com. An NFL team executive told Lance Zierlein of NFL.com that the Browns are not impressed with one single player at the second overall pick and would be willing to trade the pick away for more draft picks.
There is more & more smoke around Cleveland being willing to deal 2nd pick and draft QB in 2nd round. Something big will happen inside top 5

The Browns have worked out multiple quarterback prospects and are high on North Dakota State’s Carson Wentz and Cal’s Jared Goff. They have also looked at quarterback’s who most likely will be available after round 1.
Cleveland is still expected to draft a quarterback at some point despite signing Robert Griffin III to a two-year deal last month.
